1. Information on how to enter, how to claim, how to play, and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who purchase a copy of the Woman’s Day during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Entrants”). Employees and the immediate families of Woman’s Day and ZM Radio Network, their affiliates/joint promotional partners, participating newsagents, subagents, and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. How to Enter: To enter the Daily Prize Draw and Major Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must: • Purchase a Woman’s Day magazine (which will be on sale from 26/04/09 for Issue # 18, 03/05/09 for Issue # 19, 10/05/09 for Issue # 20, and 17/05/09 for Issue # 21 - each, an “Issue”) during the Promotional Period. • Find the keyword in the “Hot Gossip” section of the latest Issue of Woman’s Day, go to www.zmonline.co.nz, follow the prompts through to the www.womansdayTV.com microsite and enter the keyword along with your name, address and daytime telephone number. Eligible Entrants may enter only once per Issue. There is only one key word per Issue. Unrecognised keywords will deem the entry invalid and will be discarded. Entrants must keep the magazine purchased containing the relevant “keyword” for presentation to the Promoter, as proof of valid entry.

4. Purchases must be made and entries received within the period from 26/04/09 to 10PM 21/05/09 (“Promotional Period”).

5. Daily Prize Draws: There will be one draw (“Daily Prize Draw”) conducted each weekday from 27/04/09 to 22/05/09 (“Draw Period”) – thus 20 draws in total. Entries close at 10pm on the previous day for the following day’s draw announcement. In the case of a draw announced on a Monday, the draw will close at 10pm on the Sunday. Any entry after 10pm on a Thursday or at any time on a Friday or Saturday will not participate in the Daily Prize Draw for that week.

6. All draws will be computer generated and will take place at Loyalty Marketing, Suite 11, 210 Toorak Road, South Yarra, Victoria, 3141, Australia. There will be 10 entries drawn in each of the daily draws. These entries will be made available to ZM Radio Network by 11pm daily. The winning Eligible Entrant will be contacted by ZM Radio Network Cnr Able Smith and Taranaki St, Wellington at 6.50AM each weekday of the Draw Period. The first valid entry drawn will be telephoned and if the Eligible Entrant answers the telephone, they will win $500. In the event the Eligible Entrant for the first valid entry drawn does not answer the call when telephoned, they forfeit the daily cash prize and the next valid entry drawn (and so on) will be called until an Eligible Entrant answers the call to win the daily cash prize. Total Daily Prize Draw is $10,000. All entries (except winning entries) in each draw will be entered into any subsequent draws for that week.

7. Major Prize Draws: There will be one random draw (“Major Draw”) conducted on a Friday of each week from 01/05/09 to 22/05/09 (“Major Draw Period”) – thus 4 draws in total. The winners of the daily cash prizes will form the entries for this draw. All draws will take place at ZM Radio Network Cnr Able Smith and Taranaki St, Wellington at 8.25am on each of the relevant Fridays. The first valid entry drawn from the daily cash winners (“Participant”) will have the chance to win $100,000 (“Major Draw Prize”). All entries in any draw will not be entered into any subsequent Major Draws.

8. The Participant will be required to participate in a game as described in clause 9 below (“the Game”) via telephone. In the event that the Promoter is not able to contact the drawn Participant before the commencement of the Game, a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the drawn Participant’s behalf.

9. The Game will be recorded and available to be viewed at www.womansdaytv.com. There will be a wheel with 100 numbered segments from 1 to 100 on display at the commencement of the Game. The Participant (or representative of the Promoter on the Participant’s behalf) will be asked to select a number between 1 and 100. The Participant (or representative of the Promoter on the Participant’s behalf) will also designate whom they wish to spin the wheel on their behalf from ZM Radio. The Participant’s ZM Radio representative (who must not be the same person as the representative of the Promoter participating on the Participant’s behalf) must spin the wheel once only with the wheel completing at least one full rotation. The ZM Radio representative must not handle or touch or interfere in any way with any part of the wheel during or after their spin until the wheel has come to a complete stop and the judges have confirmed the number the wheel has stopped on. If the ZM Radio Representative is found to have breached this condition, they will be disqualified. If the wheel stops on the number selected by the Participant (or representative of the Promoter on the Participant’s behalf), which represents the Major Draw Prize for $100,000, then subject to verification by the judges, the Participant will win $100,000. However, if the wheel does not stop on the number selected by the Participant (or representative of the Promoter on the Participant’s behalf) which represents the Major Draw Prize for $100,000, then the Major Draw Prize will not be given away, and the Participant will win a consolation prize of $5,000. All Major Draw Prizes and consolation prizes must be claimed by Friday, 26 June 2009.

10. The odds of winning the Major Draw Prize for $100,000 once the Participant is drawn, is 1:100.

11. Any cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a cheque.

12. Total potential prize pool for the Daily Prize Draws, Major Prize Draws and Games is up to $410,000. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable.

13. Winners will be notified by mail and phone and winners’ names will be published on www.womansdaytv.com. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

17. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 24/08/09 at the same time and place as the original draw in order to award each unclaimed prize as originally determined in the draw for the relevant prize, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners’ names will be published on www.womansdaytv.com.

18. 20. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

21. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
